Steve went over and beyond in Dealing with the Insurance Co. as we had just purchased our 2014 Mustang and it was still under the 3 month Warrantee! after several attempts! several phone calls! and Steves persistence in dealing with the insurance company he managed to get us what we needed. Absolutely amazing customer service, would not go to any other Rogers store. I tell everyone to go to this location, the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and always trying to give the best deal possible. They really know how to treat a customer.

This location of Discount Car & Truck Rental was fabulous. The vehicle was ready on time, Sean took his time going over the vehicle with me before handing over the keys. I also had the pleasure of dealing with the manager Tony. Service was top-notch, Id recommend this location. Maybe there has been a staff turnover since the 1-star reviews that were posted. I had no issues with truck drop off / damage & I did drop off the cargo van after hours.
