I have a BMW 328i If you have ever owned a BMW you know there is no one more unhappy than a BMW owner the day after the warrantee is up. I have been going to R.G. Diagnostics for about 12 years. I recently celebrated my birthday at a restaurant, and I must say the server was outstanding - knowledgeable, polite, and attentive. The rest of the staff were equally friendly. The food was excellent; we opted for the Dine-Out menu, and the recommended drinks paired perfectly. I'll definitely be returning for another visit. I also enjoyed a complimentary pastry, which was absolutely delightful.

Soni is an honest mechanic and does amazing work! I am coming to him for all of my auto repairs, oil changes and everything from now on! I fixed 6 spark plugs, 3 coils and a valve cover gasket. I can say that he does not try to rip you off or scam you. He is honest and does amazing work! I would STRONGLY recommend him to everyone. Having recently moved to the area and need of a new 4 wheel drive Yukon, I was pleasantly surprised that the folks at Eagle Ridge GMC were able to fix me up with a Yukon XL for a little bit less than what I had expected to pay for the the Yukon.

I cannot speak for the sales team years ago, when my son and I wanted to buy a new 2018 Escape and was on the car lot and nobody paid us any attention for over 30 minutes. So we went to Key West Ford and bought a new Escape days later. However, the service department at Westcoast is unmatched with high quality reliable staff and we've gone there for years.
