You're not a 5 star dealership because you sold someone a great car that they love. You're a 5 star dealership when you sell someone a car that has issues and you immediately fix them. That's what happened to me. My Tesla has issues in the first week after I bought it. Zack told me to take it directly to Tesla to get it fixed. The repair bill was nearly $1,000 and Seven Speed paid the whole bill. Trust these guys, they have your back!

Should be called the honest mechanic. The owner Paul is very polite and informative. He will help you, give advice and tell you what he thinks will work even if it doesn't benefit his business. He's so honest and the work and prices are great! He goes above and beyond what any mechanic has ever done for us! Saved our car from the cracked head gasket while we're here for a shutdown. Definitely recommend this shop!!

I went there looking for a new truck. Good sales guy Rob helped me find the truck I wanted and I got a great deal on it. Rob showed me how to hook my phone up when I picked it up.
Stone chip on the hood when I picked it up but they took care of it, sent it out to get fixed.
The guys in service, Tom and Joe are great and keep me well informed about my service needs for now and coming up.

European Massage & Physio Therapy Center is the best physio I have ever gone to. They took me in quick, staff is friendly and booking is easy. I absolutely appreciate the booking process, you receive a call to confirm appointment and a text message 2 hours before. Facility is very clean and tidy. Staff makes you feel very comfortable and welcomed. Physio therapists are amazing in making sure you understand procedures and treatments and explain how the mechanics work which is very useful as well

On top of getting good customer service on choosing the tints i wanted... there was a waiting room with leather chairs, a.c., a tv to watch any movie or show, free Wi-Fi. As a new customer, these are things that make me want to recommend and refer to any of my friends and family. Everything was very smooth from the moment I came and until the moment I left.

Well, what else can I say about these amazing guys. Needed some pretty major work on our newest old vehicle. These guys have been looking after our vehicles for going on 30 years ... a long, long time anyway. We moved away from Cambridge over 9 years ago and we STILL bring both of our vehicles to Water Street Auto. That's gotta stand for something.
