Customer service on both the sales and service side were beyond expectations. The staff were knowledgeable and prompt with answers to the questions I had on purchasing a new vehicle and the service required. Dan was very informative about the vehicle I was purchasing and supportive throughout the process. The service side was exceptional as well. I've dealt with Remy in the past and all my service needs were met on time and if not a rental car was made available for any delays. Overall fantastic

Cars101 is such a fabulous place. I received great hospitality. As soon as I entered Cars101, I was greeted by Shaylene and Ryan. They both offered me tea, coffee, or water and asked how I was. Normally when you walk into a place to get service done, they ask How may I help you?, BUT Shaylene and Ryan asked how I was doing today on this lovely day. Honnestly i never had such good service. I would definetly return to purchase my next car there cause i have no word to express how i am being treating when i go there. Just when the weather started to get pretty cold our furnace stopped working. We called quite a few companies at a time that didn't seem too late, about 7:30 pm but we couldn't get anyone to pick up. But when we called Toronto Furnace & Heating they did pick up and were at our house in about an hour. Fast response and they had our furnace up and running in about 30 minutes. Very pleased and would definitely recommend to others.

My mom has been at this nursing home for 5 years now it is a wonderful place friendly staff always willing to listen and communicate by phone or email They take really good care of my mom and treated her with respect. When we go visit they are very welcoming. I would highly recommend this place
