I cannot speak for the sales team years ago, when my son and I wanted to buy a new 2018 Escape and was on the car lot and nobody paid us any attention for over 30 minutes. Absolutely amazing. They turned an awful situation (car died on the Coq)into a manageable one. More then fair prices, let us use a loaner even though our car was a goner just so we could take a night to figure stuff out. They even helped us find a hotel room. I've never been treated so well by complete strangers.
