Bought a gazebo last fall. Had to wait to get curtains. They still have the gazebo with a sign "curtains not available". Spoke to Sue in seasonal and she went the extra mile to make sure I left a happy customer. Sue called this morning, my curtains had arrive. Picked them up and installed this afternoon. Thanks to Sue's efforts we will continue to shop at Rona.

Whatever the issue (filling, checkup, abscessed tooth, cosmetic tooth repair, regular hygiene, emergency pain) the response is caring and quick. I've been worked into a busy schedule when I was in pain and diagnosed and referred correctly for an issue that turned out not to be a dental one. I seldom have to wait more than 5 minutes for cheerful service in a sparklingly clean space. I highly recommend.

The store owner is a fantastic example of someone who understands customer service at the highest level. Could not have been happier with his resolution to an issue with a purchase. Of the two other estimates we received, KSE was not only the most affordable but also showed up when scheduled. Our eavestrough, soffit and facia look great. The crew doing the work was friendly and left our yard very clean. Extremely happy with our service and would highly recommend.
