After a falling out with our local Honda dealer, we drove to Lethbridge McFadden and had a great experience. No surprise charges (block heater, floor mats, etc), vehicle was ready to go with some small gifts inside.
Great dealership, only problem is we had to drive an hour and a half to get the service and courtesy we couldn't get locally.

I have gone to Northside Dodge for many years specifically because of the service department and the amazing staff that work within the service department . Brought my car in with a busted pipe. They gave me two options to fix it and the price it would cost before they did any work. 45 mins later I was back on the road, good as new. Was looking for a new catalytic converter and they had the best prices in Lethbridge, by far! I had the option of bringing my own parts in if i wanted which is great! Their customer service is very friendly and helpful. They had a very flexible schedule when i booked my appointment. This was the first mechanic i talked to that didnt make me feel like i was being ripped off!

Chris was awesome throughout the mortgage process. Initially, we met a different mortgage broker who told us we weren't eligible for mortgage, that remark almost discouraged us but when Chris stepped in, the story changed, he stood by us and told us that YES we are eligible. He was very accessible, encouraging, with positive attitudes and kept us updated through out the process. Shortly after, we got our mortgage and he found a great deal for us. If you need mortgage, Chris is your man!!
