Dr. Steinbach, his associates, and staff have provided wonderful care to my cats. They always do their best to provide me with as many options as possible, in order to keep my kitties healthy and comfortable. Excellent vacuum cleaner repair at essendene vacuum Abbotsford. Our 20 year old central vac stopped so I took it to the company on my google search. They sold me a filter but still did not work so took my vacuum into them. It was missing a clip to hold the filter against a safety switch. Said they could by pass the switch as they did not have a clip. Choose to take it to Essendene for their opinion as I do not like to by pass safety switches.

Any mistakes were corrected with an explanation of why it happened and how to avoid it happening again. He worked very hard at building my confidence and helping me be successful.

This irish style pub is just fantastic. Me plus five others went to dine and had a very divers choice of food. We all had the wings wich are very tastey and very saucey. I had the perogies with cherizo and it was absolutley great. My friends all enjoyed there food (minus the soup). Would eat there again. Service was allso great.

I had three driving lessons from Linda at Valley Driving School. She was very patient and explained everything in a way that was super easy to understand. She was always early for pick up at my house and she was really easy to talk to. With the knowledge and lessons I was given, I was able to pass my N test on the first try. After getting my lessons from Valley Driving School, I will definitely recommend to everyone that is possibly seeking out driving lessons.

I have been a very loyal and satisfied customer of BMO for 17.5 years at the Cloverdale branch. The customer service tellers are sterling each and every time I go to the bank. Just the other day I was there with my 8 yr. old son helping him with his savings account. Today I got a thank you card in the mail with a handwritten note from Bev a "C.S.R." agent thanking my little guy for his autograph. Now that's how you build future loyal customers little personal touch appreciations.

This morning in the Michael's parking lot in Langley, I encountered a young woman and baby, crying in the car, trying to deal with keys that had been locked in the trunk. There was no way to get in. I walked over to the BCAA office nearby and asked for help, and they were VERY concerned and helpful. I used my BCAA card to call and the woman also reached someone who was coming to help but two BCAA women staffers came over to make sure everything was working out. FANTASTIC service IMO!

I cannot speak for the sales team years ago, when my son and I wanted to buy a new 2018 Escape and was on the car lot and nobody paid us any attention for over 30 minutes. So we went to Key West Ford and bought a new Escape days later. However, the service department at Westcoast is unmatched with high quality reliable staff and we've gone there for years.
