I took my car in to have my brake light wiring checked. Tyler helped me; he's a very personable professional. He found that the wiring issue was only minor so he corrected it without even charging me. He even changed my bulbs for free. His honesty and kindness is unmatched compared to some other auto repair shops I've been to. His is now the only shop in Brampton I'll go to.

Great Service! Peter and his team were the second garage to service my C350. The first one was the dealership for a an oil change. I was shocked at the price! Peter did my next oil change with the same premium oil for significantly less. He has been providing regular quality maintenance on my car ever since. If you want the correct parts and the work done with out cutting corners I would recommend Guelph Import Service.

Quality car repairs and customer service is exceptional. It is common for a woman to be treated poorly when they walk into a car repair shop --- that has been my experience for many years. When I went to Quality, they were respectful, sensitive, and very kind. They do not overcharge or fix what does not need to be fixed! I went there looking for a new truck. Good sales guy Rob helped me find the truck I wanted and I got a great deal on it. Rob showed me how to hook my phone up when I picked it up.
Stone chip on the hood when I picked it up but they took care of it, sent it out to get fixed.
The guys in service, Tom and Joe are great and keep me well informed about my service needs for now and coming up.
