It was a boiling hot day, I called CAA as my car wouldn't start. Told to wait an hour. Then after 5 mins James from Art McCaffeys Towing called to say he was coming by to help me. We have used Havelock Auto for a number of years for a variety of services. We always found Paul and his staff helpful and accommodating. Our cottage is on Round Lake in Havelock. Whenever possible we try to wait until we get to Havelock to get our cars serviced. It is much cheaper than the city and we have always been happy with the work they have done.
I would strongly recommend Havelock Truck and Auto.

Used them yesterday as we had a small flood in the basement when a pipe connection let go. Called them around 5:30 PM and left message with answering service and they called back in under a half hour. They were at our place by 6:30 PM and all repairs and clean up plus another job that I had was completed by 7:30 PM. Very happy with them. Two young guys, very polite and willing to explain what they were doing. Will definitely use them again if the need arises.

I have been dealing with Ed's Auto and the family for years. I have had numerous vehicles in, for various stages of repair. Everything from getting a vehicle checked out for a safety down to almost a complete underside rebuild. I would not go anywhere else. Service, customer satisfaction, the level of commitment these people give to their customers, you would think it was their own classic vehicle they were taking care of. I have brought several cars here over the years and have been consistently impressed with the caliber of service. From my Infiniti to my wife's Caravan, they are experienced with all makes and models. Fully transparent at all times about costs and required work, I won't take my vehicles anywhere else for anything more than an oil change.
