Shane is personable, knowledgeable and kind. When you meet with him to discuss your treatment plan he really invests the time to get to know you and hear your concerns. He explains everything well and provides you with a follow up report and checks in on you after your treatment. Derek and Scott are the nicest people ever. They are efficient, fast, thorough and super kind. They put in a new water system for us and serviced our well. They also came out to help with an outdoor water source that we couldn't turn off. I would recommend them to anyone looking for decent people who care about looking after what you need and not what they can sell you. They are the best.

The owner is friendly and very reasonable. He is not there to rip you off as most of these shops do. He helped me order OEM pads and rotors at the fraction of the cost offered by BMW.
