I had a tree fall on my car In Dec 2019. My insurer sent me to CSN in Burlington and I was treated very well. Unfortunately in March 2021 I noticed that the paint on the roof was bubbling and cracking. I took it in and WOW - they looked at it asked me to leave the car, offered a rental and my car was fixed and back within 5 days! THE BEST warrant experience I have ever had.

These guys were Phenomenal...they came to our house on Wednesday last week to install our new garage door by taking down the old shelf above the garage (which took most of the day) and putting in our new garage door along with the aluminum capping, the lock in front of the door, the weather stripping etc. By watching everything all come together and the end result was just amazing. Well, what else can I say about these amazing guys. Needed some pretty major work on our newest old vehicle. These guys have been looking after our vehicles for going on 30 years ... a long, long time anyway. We moved away from Cambridge over 9 years ago and we STILL bring both of our vehicles to Water Street Auto. That's gotta stand for something. I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service I received from OK Tire in Burlington. The tires are phenomenal, they were able to order my run-flats within one day and accommodate my appointment request, and charged a third of what I was quoted at my car dealership. This included balancing and they even deducted the money I paid the day prior to have my summer tires installed, which they indicated (as did the dealership)needed to be replaced. I have had an excellent experience.
