He explains everything well and provides you with a follow up report and checks in on you after your treatment. I have had dealings with Josh for over a year. My friend and I both have cars getting work done by his shop. (71 Camaro and 69 Nova) His bodywork and paint are second to none. His employees are friendly and informative. Josh's biggest fault is time estimates. He takes on a lot of work and his original time estimate for getting your car back is way off, so if you aren't in a hurry and want great work at a decent price, I would gladly recommend him to you.

Actually, I am a little worried to be recommending Alec so highly, since he is the best damn mechanic I have ever had. I am worried that he is going to get too busy that he will not have time to fit me into his schedule in the future. Take it from me, he is the most honest, fair and professional mechanic you will find anywhere. It will be a sad day for me when he does eventually retire. I personally do not trust anyone else with my vehicles and as a result, I refuse to go anywhere else.

I Recently had a transmission problem with my van and was recommended by a friend to take it to PARKWAY RAD AND TRANSMISSION. I was expecting the worst, but the guys diagnosed it as being an electrical issue. The diagnosis was free, and they fixed it the very same day. They even drove me home and picked me up when it was finished! I was so relieved that they were honest as i was told by another MajoR TRANSMISSION shop that i would need a complete re-built at around $3000.00!! I was also pleased to learn that they perform regular maintenance and repairs as well as transmission work. PLEASE ! Do yourself a favour and go see Parkway First. It will save you a lot of money!!!!!

Derek and Scott are the nicest people ever. They are efficient, fast, thorough and super kind. They put in a new water system for us and serviced our well. They also came out to help with an outdoor water source that we couldn't turn off. Got an alignment done on my 86 c10 which is pretty primitive and out of date compared to the steering systems on today’s cars. I often have a hard time finding mechanics that will even touch my truck because of the age and complete lack of computers. But they were still able to order all the parts and do a great alignment.
