I have been going to this location for years and haven’t been there since the new guys took over. I needed a last minute tire repair and they were super helpful and got me in right away. Also fixed a few little things. Great guys. Great experience. I felt comfortable trusting them with my beloved Jeep. ? I’ll be back!

Our experience at Penney Auto Body was exceptional. Jonny was pleasant and efficient in quickly sourcing the parts needed to repair our car. He explained the process clearly and scheduled the work within a week of giving us a very reasonable quote. Joe is amazing for his professional service. Although The body shop itself doesn't look super classy or anything, in fact when I first arrived and was thinking about turning back, the owner Joe greeted and consulted me with a friendly smile and solid confidence. The repairs were done beautifully two days later.
I left happy and would recommend to everyone who needs a good auto body shop!

Attention to detail like none other, the best service you’ll ever get on your power equipment whether it’s fuel or electric powered. He was on time or a day or two early, every time. Don’s quotes are literally 2/5-1/2 price of his competitors in Greater Victoria. I’ve asked Don many times, did you make an error on my bill?
Blade sharpening to total rebuilds.
I only thought Don repaired lawnmowers, was I ever wrong, he repairs everything that has a motor that you use in and around your yard!

Matt and Jag can be very helpful, they will usually try to cut you a deal if it is possible. I really enjoy going to a mechanic that I can trust and who explains things simply to me. I would highly recommend coming here if you feel your mechanic is scamming you. I have been scammed by mechanics who are also family friends. It is very hard to find a good place to take your car. OH YEAH Ocean Park also has a wonderful coffee machine if you have to wait around!
