They rushed my truck in did wverything i asked to be done and went out of there way to save me money by bending back my bumper. I was out of town and my truck needed some mechanical work ao they took the time to drive my truck there for me so the other shop could do there work. When i picked my truck up later that week the inside of my teick was completly detailed. And the left over paint they used on my bumper was left for me! This is A+++ work!!!!!

I've used Fox Mountain several times and have always appreciated the quality of the work Ron has done, and feel the pricing was quite reasonable. I would definitely recommend them for anything you want done to your vehicle.

Could not ask for better service. Even during peak busy fall work, he got my truck in and fixed the same day I got him the part. Dwayne runs a first class operation. Place is neat and clean, service is professional and competent and at about $100 an hour shop rate very fairly priced. They also charge reasonable hours for the work. Would highly recommend anyone wanting repairs done to go there. Would use them regularly if I lived anywhere near Spirit River.

I had my car repaired at Craftsman Collision in Quesnel. The staff (Shannon and Ryan) are the best people I have experienced in any bodyshop before. They are professional, friendly, responsible and caring. I got my car back in a timely manner. I highly recommend them if you need a bodyshop. This place is great. I was travelling through Clearwater BC in my 1979 Chevy Motorhome and my front brakes seized. Like everywhere since the pandemic they were short staffed. Their service calendar was booked solid for weeks. They agreed to take a quick look to see what was wrong. I needed brake lines. Break lines ordered but still no available appointment. The person working the counter agreed to appointment so I could get going. Again this is a great place with great staff.

Drove out to Trades today to have a check-up and oil change. My mechanic, Terry, is the best! He checked everything over carefully and did more than he needed to service my Jeep. Reasonable prices too! I won't trust my Jeep to anyone else going forward. Well worth the nice drive for the friendly and competent service! Highly recommended.

Drove out again for Terry to so some more work for me, CV joint and boots. Terry is the best, he explains everything so I understand.

This establishment is above and beyond not only was it a long weekend but they save me with two little boys and a brand new puppy took my truck helped me get a hotel and treated me like family making sure my truck would be fixed to have me and my family back on the road. Awesome experience! They were shortstaffed and one of the owners happen to be on site and he stepped up to give a hand so customers weren’t left waiting! I was so impressed! Plus if you’re having another change right now to celebrate the new ownership with every oil change you get a free pair windshield wipers and they’re very nice whole season ones!
