It’s been a year since I slipped on black ice and hobbled into The Spinal Garage. I entered a treatment plan knowing that my condition would not be a quick fix. Within 6 weeks my initial pain was reduced and my mobility increased, both dramatically. At each periodic assessment I showed moderate improvements and at the one year mark I’m now showing a reversal in some of the degeneration that I came in with. Well, what else can I say about these amazing guys. Needed some pretty major work on our newest old vehicle. These guys have been looking after our vehicles for going on 30 years ... a long, long time anyway. We moved away from Cambridge over 9 years ago and we STILL bring both of our vehicles to Water Street Auto. That's gotta stand for something. We trust the degree of knowledge, the expertise, wouldn't go anywhere else ... bonus ... prices are very fair! Thank you Water Street Auto

My daughter attends university in Guelph. She was experiencing problems with her truck so I called Howie at Autosparks. He asked if my daughter could drop the truck off to which she did. About an hour later Howie called me here in Toronto and explained what the problem was and quoted me a very reasonable rate to fix the problems. He actually over delivered by going out of his way to do a full vehicle inspection and give me the report! His honesty and knowledge keeps us as his customer. His service was timely and the price very reasonable.

I walked in with a problem... walked out with a great running car and a bill below what was quoted! Never going anywhere else again. Personal service, mechanic obviously knows what he's talking about. Explained things in a way even I could understand (and I know nothing about cars). I had some concerns because prices are so low, but found out quick that just because price is high doesn't mean service will be better. Thanks so much! About a week ago, i noticed that someone / something had side scraped the right rear fender and bumper on our 2019 Honda Civic.
Honda dealer forwarded us to this shop.
Booked an appointment, and when we arrived Patrick met us and inspected vehicle.
He suggested that he would try to buff out the damage first.
This he was able to do in less than 15 minutes and this was done for FREE. Barely noticeable now. I think ANY other shop would have just done an expensive repaint. HIGHLY recommend them!!
