Shelves are always stocked- the staff are friendly- pharmacy staff are cheerful and helpful. There is only one problem - the cashier is often not available - management insists on only one cashier as they want the express machines to be used. Not convenient when I only want a lottery ticket.

I recently became acquainted with Dr. Sandhu and the staff at Bayshore Optometric when I needed a new pair of glasses. I would say the service they provide is outstanding. They have the latest in technology - I even had a panoramic photo done of the inside of my eye, never had that before. The staff are great and Dr. Sandhu is friendly and smart. Their hours are amazing there so there is no problem getting an appointment evenings or weekends. Very happy with my prescription.

He genuinely cared to hear about my life and what brought me in. He was compassionate, and honest and gave me a few options and suggestions which one was even do nothing. We once again had the pleasure of purchasing our windows from Paul Lavigne and Kelly Searson at Oakview Windows and Doors. This is the second time we used Oakview as we just moved into our new home and many renovations were required. The whole team from Oakview came through for us in a professional and timely fashion. We even had them cut down and enlarge some windows for us and we put a new patio door in our back dinning room. The kids love it so they easily can go out the back porch to play in the yard.The house needed siding work as well, which Oakview provided for us. Our new 25 year old home looks amazing and my wife and I could not be happier. Thanks Oakview for helping us again. If you need windows, doors or siding for your home call these people, the service is outstanding to say the least.

I AM SO GRATEFUL TO FIND THIS PLACE! To start with its a beautiful new facility but their is is so much more than that! Im having a lot of work done (I neglected my teeth for many years) and the continued skill and professionalism is incredible. They make major extractions and reconstruction almost pleasant! What really impresses me on top of all of this is the kindness and compassion of the staff. Dr. Nick and Dr. Diana are beautiful people inside and out, passionate about what they do.

Went by this afternoon to pick up a last minute Xmas gift at the Bank and Laurier location - a hand cream that was apparently sold out. I asked the employee at the Beauty products counter if she could help. She saw that it wasnt on the shelf and then spent the next 15 minutes tracking it down at other locations. This wasnt her store problem, but she delivered with exceptional professionalism.
