Ive never liked campgrounds until Grand Oaks! It is more of a community where everyone helps everyone. A huge thank you to Angelo in service who went over and above to help me with the engine code light on my Tucson. Without having an appointment he told me to come in so he can scan my vehicle. He did this in the parking lot and not only scanned it but told me what the issue was and cleared the fault code all in about 5 minutes. I was relieved it wasn’t anything serious and that he did the fix so I go drive home. Outstanding customer service!!!!!

My husband and I are from Georgia , our 2015 Impala engine light came on and of course we panicked being here in Canada. We went to the dealer on Upper James and was truly impressed at the fast service and the incredibly knowledgeable wonderful woman at the desk. She gave us directions to places to eat nearby while the car was being serviced asking if we needed a shuttle, also offered us coffee or tea . My husband asked questions which she quickly responded with kindness and actual concern. ty

This was my first visit to 4 Your Health. The aesthetician there greeted me with a friendly and relaxing smile. I was having my chest and back sugared and was a little worried to say the least. Kristy made me feel comfortable about it all. Yes, it did hurt, not saying that, but it took no time at all and the end result was amazing. I never felt so clean.
