My car went dead, I had to have a tow truck boost it. I went back to autotemp to see if the starter had had purchased from their was drawing to much to cause this issue, they said no, dome light was drawing to much. So I took it to Nissan, they found no issue, cost me $152.50, because of having no issue, not covered under warranty. Anyways I went back to Autotemp to get them to reinstall my starter. Well 2 hours later, not very happy customer, Autotemp did make it right for me at no charge.

Propt and Friendly Customer Service! In a world where customer service is a LOST art, Steam Clean Express gets an A++ Dan is very good at explaining the process and honest about the potential results. New to the area I googled carpet I chose the company with the highest rating and it was actually correct! Smell is gone! the process was explained and they arent in and out in 5 minutes. Daniel really works the carpet even when its +34 inside the house. The lady in the office is very pleasant and cheery! Also Daniel called when I had not found time to call back and confirm a time they called me back again and then arrived in 10 minutes! Thanks Steam Clean Express and Daniel !

I had my car interior cleaned, because I'm selling the car. A & P Cleaning did an excellent job for a fair price, you'd never know the car is 3 yrs old. I took my car back to A & P Cleaning for a wash and wax, they did a superior job and the car looks show-room clean. I would recommend A & P Cleaning to anyone looking for a detail job at a very good price. Other detail places are charging $200 and up. Thanks A & P Cleaning.

I am sure you get a few complaints through your Customer Service Department.
This not a complaint at all.
I have been a customer at your 67 Street location here in Red Deer for many years. I had a little bit of a difficult time with the Branch 3 or 4 years ago but that has all changed, for the better. The staff are once again helpful and seem interested in my business.
This positive change has, I think, has been a result of a change in branch managers.

These guys are amazing, after being told by a competiter that brakes, bearings everything would have to be replaced. We purchased the Neptune Adriatic spa from Dynasty at the Red Deer Home Show in March 2019, installed in October 2019 and 12 months later has continued to be a problem free and enjoyable year round hot tub! Manufacturer improvements have made this a solid performing tub and have enjoyed its many features from the powerful jets, LED lighting, Bluetooth Sound System and easy to maintain features. Above all, staff at the Red Deer location are very pleasant and provide great feedback and advice!!
