I am sure you get a few complaints through your Customer Service Department.
This not a complaint at all.
I have been a customer at your 67 Street location here in Red Deer for many years. I had a little bit of a difficult time with the Branch 3 or 4 years ago but that has all changed, for the better. The staff are once again helpful and seem interested in my business.
This positive change has, I think, has been a result of a change in branch managers.

We purchased the Neptune Adriatic spa from Dynasty at the Red Deer Home Show in March 2019, installed in October 2019 and 12 months later has continued to be a problem free and enjoyable year round hot tub! Manufacturer improvements have made this a solid performing tub and have enjoyed its many features from the powerful jets, LED lighting, Bluetooth Sound System and easy to maintain features. Above all, staff at the Red Deer location are very pleasant and provide great feedback and advice!!

My car went dead, I had to have a tow truck boost it. I went back to autotemp to see if the starter had had purchased from their was drawing to much to cause this issue, they said no, dome light was drawing to much. So I took it to Nissan, they found no issue, cost me $152.50, because of having no issue, not covered under warranty. Anyways I went back to Autotemp to get them to reinstall my starter. Well 2 hours later, not very happy customer, Autotemp did make it right for me at no charge.

I went to have a rock chip repaired a few months ago.
The young man who repaired it was exceptionally professional, polite, and efficient. The repair was done quickly and was less expensive than any where else.
So I returned again when I had another rock chip needing repair. My repair was done on the spot without an appointment and again the fellow was above and beyond exceptional in his service and skill with the repair! I highly recommend Glass Masters!

I went to see Dr. Wu for sore shoulder and neck muscles from driving lots. His diagnoses of pinched nerves and restricted blood vessels was bang on. He is very professional in his field of acupuncture with 30 years experience. I seen Dr. WU twice a week and experienced pain relief within a m. He did inform me that it may take longer depending on how my body responded to the needles. I am now pain free but continue to see him for maintenance twice a month as I love living without pain. Extremely precise and professional at all times but with a good sense of humour. My cataract surgery was very successful , the whole experience could not of gone better.
