I had to wait a little the first time I was there but it was worth the wait she was very nice and I loved my haircut. I even got my eyebrows threaded for the first time! It was so painful I was screaming but she thought it was hilarious so that made me giggle... So I was screaming and giggling at the same time... my eyebrows looked beautiful after :-)

Janice looked after our mother for many years and was always an important part of her life. Towards the end of our Mom's life, Janice even came to her home to look after her beauty needs.
Our mother was always extremely happy with Janice's work and she always looked great. We can't say enough about Janice's level of care and service.

I have been going here for years, in fact, before it opened as I have been using Manuel for maybe 15+ years. Except for the only one time when I went too short I have left with always great hair. I do not need to look at the back to make sure he did a good job. I have always had compliments about my haircuts. I held off highlights for a long time and now addicted and love the look and leave it in his capable hands to change up the hair style once in a while.

I live in Victoria BC. Year ago my husband happened to have a haircut from Ruchika while we were visiting Our son in WhiteRock. She gave him Best haircut he ever had. After that he has not been to another hair salon . And I started getting my color/ cut / threading/ pedicures etc etc from her as well. Ruchika is such a pleasant person. She really knows her job. The two stylists who helped my mother were so incredibly kind that it brought my sister to tears. Without a big explanation, they just understood. This spa is great!! I'm a regular customer as well as over 10 of my girlfriends. Friendly staff, top of the line products and a great experience. The lady who has written a bad review about this business is absolutely insane and must have a personal issue with one of their staff. I get my hair and nails done regularly and they always provide a job well done. I still have yet to try other services.
