Are water tank went on Sunday. I called at least ten other companies. Most did not even answer the phone. Noris came down replaced the tank. Norm the tech that was here. Was friendly and clean. Would recommend this company and I will them first

Had Noris Heating and Cooling come out to install a new AC. They were great and did a nice job. clean up was done well . overall great experience.

I liked the price that Penguin was offering with the tune-up so I went with them. The rep that came over was awesome. I asked him all kinds of silly questions about the air conditioning unit and he answered them like they were just common questions. He was very respectful and nice. He sat down and explained different things about the unit cause I have two different brands and we just talked about getting a new unit. Now new unit is working fine and overall, I’m totally satisfied.

Had a furnace replacement February 28th Rico and Jojo did a great job totaly professional everyone involved in the company that I delt with Curtis / korrena / Rico / and Jojo answered any questions I had in a timely manner.
Will recommend this company at anytime to anyone truly 5 star service.

I have been calling every heating company that I could find to come and fix my furnace as I have no heat and small children. I called these guys and they didn't hesitate to come and resolve my heating problem. The gentleman who came to our house was very polite and knowledgeable.
