We bought a cart that had to be assembled demo the east Windsor Canadian Tire store and we discovered that two of the parts were defective. We were delighted to learn that all we had to do was to bring the parts back to the store and they would replace them from another box. The service was extremely helpful and friendly. I had to go to emerg on a dull monday and had a very good service attendance.
All the rpn's and doctor on staff were caring friendly and very hard at work with a full non-stop clientele in the waiting.
Im so glad i had decided to go this day as i now have a very positive experience.
I hope that those who were on staff that afternoon get a high five for perfection.
