Norm from Glacier took one look at my F150 and diagnosed the electrical problem in 5 minutes when the "other guys" couldn't figure it out! Wow. It's nice to deal with an ACTUAL certified mechanic rather than the uncertified guys the other shops hire.

I have been going to J&G auto for about 4 years. John ( owner) and his stuff provide an amazing services. Their prices are better cheaper than anywhere else.

Impressed that the replacement of my transmission required multiple attempts at no extra cost to me even though it was not the mechanics/shops fault. Dr. Soon and all the gals at his office are phenomenal. I have never experienced such superb care as I have at his clinic. After signing consent forms for various procedures, he will sit next to you and read each point, further elaborate, and then ensure understanding. As someone with dentist anxiety, the staff as well as Dr. Soon are very sensitive. They notice clenched hands and fists and will repeatedly check in. He doesn't push product nor shame you into flossing more. They are simply the best!

It was very icy I have a cane, I said please park it where there is as little ice as possible so I can get in they had it parked by the entrance door and salted all the way to the drivers side. Great customer service and great prices (parts + labor was quoted way less than the dealer)! Had to get some sensors replaced for my 2002 Honda Accord. The mechanic was fast! I waited no longer than 20 minutes for the new sensor to get installed. I also requested to get a power steering flush but the mechanic was honest enough to tell me that i didn't need one. The mechanic took the time and walked me through, in detail, what i do or didn't need to get replaced. I'll definitely be coming back in

These guys are fantastic! We have come to them twice now, first for a side impact collision, the second for a door dent repair. Quoting was fast and accurate, service was second to none. These guys are professional and get the job done right. For the our second issue the door dent repair, because of its proximity to the door edge,they said they likely could not fix without having to spray both door. They pulled the dent about 90%, not wanting to risk addition damage to paint, all free of charge.
