Matt and Jag can be very helpful, they will usually try to cut you a deal if it is possible. I really enjoy going to a mechanic that I can trust and who explains things simply to me. I would highly recommend coming here if you feel your mechanic is scamming you. I have been scammed by mechanics who are also family friends. It is very hard to find a good place to take your car. OH YEAH Ocean Park also has a wonderful coffee machine if you have to wait around!

My first visit to this shop in Richmond was very rewarding. The shop itself was clean and orderly. The gentlemen I spoke with were knowledgeable, friendly and fair. It was very easy to locate, they were extremely helpful when I called for directions. I have been recommending their shop since my first visit and I plan to go again very soon.

Well I thought that the old school folks were all gone but I met one at samco electric, very reasonable plus he knows his stuff. I thought mine was a 90 but it was a 130 da on my part, he does go the extra mile there is more to this story.

I have been to other telescope stores that lack attention, service, and give a bad feeling as if they are more bothered.
I was looking for an upgrade and went into Vancouver Telescope for the first time. These people are absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable, helpful, and returned the very next day. I am very happy with the owner's personal attention, and the staff. I will no longer go to any other store for an upgrade or accessories. I am happy with my purchase and look forward to my new telescope! Shame on the other store who made me feel like I was bothering them. This is a real store with real service and support! Highly recommend. Expert diagnosis. We came in thinking we needed a new transmission or atleast major work done to it because it was kicking very hard on the downshift 2-1 on our 2004 jaguar (6hp26 transmission). He roadtested our vehicle and said not to spend any money on it right now and it should be fine for another few years. He said spending money on changing fluid or any other service would not help, and it is from some internal wear.Extremely honest and didnt even charge or upsell.

Recently, I had my teeth cleaning done at the Bentall Dental Clinic in Richmond. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the lovely ladies at the front. They were very welcoming and full of positive energy. I'm usually nervous visiting the dentist especially a new place but it was a fun and relaxing experience. My dental hygienist was very personable and attentive and ensured I was comfortable at all times. She was very thorough with the cleaning and I knew I was in good hands. I then met with one of the dentists to conduct my first visit evaluation and both him and his assistant were professional and open to answer all my questions. Overall, I would highly recommend this dental office even though you don't live close by. I live in the Fairview area and drove down because I heard the service was excellent and it was true!! Thank you to the Bental Dental team for a wonderful experience!

This Canadian Tire to say the least, is amazing. They have been instrumental in helping Waste Connections of Canada buy and donate 306 bikes to underprivileged children for Christmas this year. If it wasn't for the support of this store, I don't think we would have been able to supply as many bikes as we are to these great kids. We are so thankful for this store, their managers and the staff. They have amazing customer service & and very big hearts.

Good place to do business if you are in need to borrow money or looking for bargains on previously owned items. Had to use their service when I was in between paydays. Staff was polite, professional and explain how the collateral loan process works.
They basically loan you money on your valuables and charge you a minimal interest. They are definitely cheaper than Payday loan companies. I would use them if I need to borrow money on a short term. Thanks for the help guys.

Hi everybody,
I want to share my experience with these people. I was interested in 2005 Honda Civic couple called the sales manager Tony and was told that the vehicle was being inspected. They took me to their mechanic Nikky and was given a full 150 point inspection report. Showed me the invoices as proof of the work done. They are bit firm on their prices. After all the work they have put into the vehicle, I didn't argue.
I recommend them.
