Great service and professional mechanics. It was pure luck that my car broke close to them, and they were the nearest car service available. The starter didn't work. I had no other option but to walk there. They helped me transport my car to their shop. After running diagnostics, they determined the problem and pointed out other issues. This morning in the Michael's parking lot in Langley, I encountered a young woman and baby, crying in the car, trying to deal with keys that had been locked in the trunk. There was no way to get in. I walked over to the BCAA office nearby and asked for help, and they were VERY concerned and helpful. I used my BCAA card to call and the woman also reached someone who was coming to help but two BCAA women staffers came over to make sure everything was working out. FANTASTIC service IMO! Lire plus
