In the summer of '20 I bought a lightly used 2019 A3 2.0T Quattro. The test drives, purchase, buying a snow tire pkg and buying/getting other parts, and scheduling three service visits over the following 46,000km have easy and without incident. The service advisor had one of the service technicians, who races, come out to talk with me and my son prior to a visit to Shannonville Motorsport Park.

My family has purchased 5 cars from this company. Their service is excellent. In each case, the cars were perfectly prepared by their own mechanics and their continued follow up service was honest and complete. Their prices were very competitive and I feel we were treated with courtesy and respect. I will most definatly be purchasing another car from them when needed and can highly recommend them.

Great experience. They worked hard to get me the truck I wanted AND at half the interest rate I had on the car I traded in. They also filled the tank and refilled it when we had to go back to them a few days later when a faulty gas cap caused the engine light to come on and at no charge they are getting it replaced. Even let us have it mailed to us instead of us having to make another trip to get it. So far they have done everything I have asked if them.

Apple Auto Glass Thornhill has been absolutely professional while dealing with all of my cars over the past 12 years. I have found them courteous and caring about doing the job right. Their level of professionalism has far surpassed any other auto glass store I ever visited. I own 6 different cars and would not hesitate to have these people work on any of my cars at any time. I don't know where that other guy actually went but he is not describing these people correctly at all.
