I had a big roll over accident and Henning from Dr Hook helped me get out of the car and sheltered me in his tow truck as we waited for the ambulance to come. I lost my entire key ring and was locked out of my house. Of course it was Friday close to 5pm. The first place was closing soon, the second place came out & could not open it..saying the lock is too old, the lock tumblers are in upside down, there is too much dirt in the lock etc. The third place was Brothers.. by then it was 7 but they would be right out! Ken was prompt and courteous...and BEST of all had the lock opened in about 5 minutes!! What a relief! Lire plus
