We were impressed - excellent customer service. Anthony served us and not only took us to the aisles where the products we were looking for were located, but, when one item not in stock, checked to see when the item would be in as well as other stores close by that did have the item in stock. Rainbow helped with our backyard makeover. From quote to clean up all went very smooth. We love the way the interlock turned out along with small garden wall. They even helped removing some old trees for the artificial grass company we used. Appreciate the extras and have referred them to friends. What also distinguishes them is that they are particular about timeliness, about cleaning up after they finish.. thoughtfulness rarely encountered. Scott did work on a number of renovation projects and did an excellent job. His staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. His recommendations for lighting were right on and I would have no issues using Beetham Electric again.
Only downside is he so busy, he is hard to get a hold of, but I guess that's a good thing.
