I have been coming to East of Eliza since its inception on Gerrard Street and I love working with Reed and her wonderful staff to help me create beautifully magical whimsical romantic arrangements. Reed and her staff also to help me with my planters. The Secret Garden at the back o the shop is the best for summer garden flowers. One of my favorite places in Toronto!

I encountered Alexander about 4 years ago when I started experiencing severe neck and back pains from work and competitive dancing. My first visit to Alexander was my first contact with any osteopathic, naturopathic or chiropractor-style treatments. This small, privately owned, establishment just off the DVP on Sheppard Ave was by far one of the most memorable places I have had the pleasure to do business with. The moment I set foot in here, I wasn't hounded by a salesman. I was instead greeted with an open-minded individual, offered me a cold beverage and asked that I take a few moments to review their extensive showroom.
The fascinating thing about this showroom is that the rings were not behind a glass box, they were in the open for us to actually experience, try on, and compare multiple styles of rings. There was so many options, I had to bring my fiance along to help pick a ring that was unique to her desires.
Once we had a design in mind, we were brought into an office with a consultant who gave us a full one-on-one session teaching us everything there is to know when picking out the most appropriate diamond for the ring and hand size. Cut, Clarity, Color and Carat Size were described in more detail than any other establishment I dealt with in my search. This consultation was completely not a push-and-shove or Buy it now! experience like I have had at various Large Box stores which will remain nameless. It was a simple conversation and a no pressure environment. They didn't need to try to sell to me, the focus was purely on the informative and rewarding information that was shared.

Hi I recently visited my grandparents resting site after 20 years as I live overseas. I got the address from my uncle and rented a car . The place was very inspiring and well maintained went i arrived and it didn't feel like a cemetery indeed... or at least like how they normally are. The office were very helpful in getting the details of the location and after some hot coffee, we were escorted to the site. They left us alone and I thanked them. thank you Highlands !!
