I live in Kingston, and I am happy to take the one hour trip to get to her dental office. She is a wonderful professional and a lovely person. She is very kind, caring, knowledgeable, super gentle, up to date on every new technique and approach, and ready to make every effort to accommodate you. Very honest and thorough. Great staff. Matt’s Auto Service is the best!!! I was driving to Brockville when it started raining and my windshield wipers stopped working. It was quite scary to be on the 401 without being able to see very well! Matts took me in right away and had my wipers working within minutes after applying plenty of lubricant and using some elbow grease. It was amazing service and I was so relieved! Thank you so much!

Brandon was very knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He made the necessary changes, sent a confirming email, and offered further assistance. I have never had such professional, courteous attention from a company’s customer service representative! I give Brandon five stars and the Brick should give him a promotion and a raise!
