Extremely efficient service. Both bikes serviced within 24 hours - wow! We were told by another store the shifter could not be fixed on our older bike (old but expensive back in the day) therefore the bike was junk. Outspoken replaced what was needed and the bike is working great again. Thanks and we will definitely be back without hesitation.

I have been taking my car to Handford's on Wharncliffe Rd. in London for 30 years. I telephoned Kevin recently about needing a new battery and he immediately sent two guys over to boost my car, and take it in for a new battery. The car was then returned right away. From the start to finish it only took 30 minutes. I continue to be very impressed with the service they give me.

Bryan and his staff did a fantastic job on our wheels for our 2015 Mazda CX9. Unfortunately, I had made an error in the shade or color for the wheels. I purchased 4 new snow tires from the Horton location. I had checked out the reviews on the Canadian Tire website and found that the original snow tires that I was going to buy were not as good as I thought. I found a review on a different brand and decided to purchase them instead. Wow....they are awesome. I feel so safe in my car now and can drive anywhere no matter if the roads have slush, snow or ice.
