These guys are amazing, after being told by a competiter that brakes, bearings everything would have to be replaced. The staff is amazing as they are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. After shopping here, I do not buy my dog food or dog treats anywhere else. If they do not have the answer to your questions, they will refer you to someone more knowledgeable or will look it up for you. They truly care about the well-being of my dogs and know them by name. Pet Planet is about the most personal a pet store can be as they keep track of what you buy, ask you how you and your pet are doing. Please do not believe the nasty comment but instead check Pet Planet out for yourself and then decide. Keep up the good work!

My car went dead, I had to have a tow truck boost it. I went back to autotemp to see if the starter had had purchased from their was drawing to much to cause this issue, they said no, dome light was drawing to much. So I took it to Nissan, they found no issue, cost me $152.50, because of having no issue, not covered under warranty. Anyways I went back to Autotemp to get them to reinstall my starter. Well 2 hours later, not very happy customer, Autotemp did make it right for me at no charge.

Ed and his staff know what they are doing. I am so happy with the service that I received to get my truck and horse trailer's electrical problems fixed. He showed me where the previous owner of my trailer cut out the fuse box and how it was a serious fire hazard in my camperized unit. Also, I was so thankful that he recommended putting a solenoid in my truck so my trailer could not draw anymore power from the truck battery when parked. He explained everything to me so kindly. Highly recommend!

I am submitting this review because of my experience with DR Bakken and my experience with this lady. I have ice pick scarring, scars from an assault and I also have a burn on my face. I have spent over $14,000 on my face so far and I am not satisfied. It has caused me a lot of pain because I was not able to access medical care to treat my acne at the time. DR. Bakken was absolutely wonderful and I adore how real she is. Don't be so sensitive if her humour startles you, she's a gem.
