The store owner is a fantastic example of someone who understands customer service at the highest level. Could not have been happier with his resolution to an issue with a purchase. Both of my kids got an insight into how an individual can make what might have been a negative experience into a very positive one. Kudos!

I was out for drinks with some friends, and we needed a cab. When we called an automated machine answered and at first, I was confused but it was very clear and it was very easy to understand. Once I gave it my address, the Taxi showed up less than 10 minutes later. The cab driver was very polite and friendly especially to a bunch of drunk young men. This happened the week after too and my friends and I were just as satisfied.

I am from Kingston and was able to get referred to Brockville Oral Surgery faster than waiting for an appointment in Kingston. I have had two extractions with two dentists. Both were extremely thorough in explaining the process and the work was done seamlessly. The staff and receptionist are very friendly and professional. I would recommend BOS in a heartbeat! I recently started an online order to purchase a new washer. I contacted Brandon at the Brockville, Ontario store to change the order from delivery to pick up. Brandon was very knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He made the necessary changes, sent a confirming email, and offered further assistance. I have never had such professional, courteous attention from a company’s customer service representative! I give Brandon five stars and the Brick should give him a promotion and a raise!

She takes her time, she's thorough, she's gentle and quite frankly the best I've ever seen. If you dislike needles, you won't anymore, she gets it!

Hello, we moved to Portland Ontario, 2 years ago. ( 20 minutes from Smith Falls ). Tom has been looking after all our Locksmithing needs since, from re keying all our locks on our house ,after purchase, for our own peace of mind. I would like to note, that although I brought all of our locks for a re- key, Tom offered to come directly to our home, after hrs to do the job! @ no extra charge. My thoughts.. if you want a key cut for $1.50 go to C.T.C.

I was very impressed. Called them at 4:50 pm on a Sunday because our garage door refused to open and the car was stuck inside. They treated the situation with the proper level of urgency and showed up promptly at 7 am the following day (they offered to come immediately but let us know that since they were already closed it would cost a lot more). He had the door open by 7:30, so I didn't have to take the bus to work.

We escaped to our cottage in PEI for two months and arranged to have Tyler and his crew cut our lawn in Colebrook before we returned. Even though they had not been here before, and we were not here to guide them, they took so much thought and care to trim the edges of multiple gardens, discover and trim overgrown pathways and make our yard look like a million dollars. We are very grateful that they gave us a beautiful property to come home to. I cannot recommend Tyler highly enough!

Bought a gazebo last fall. Had to wait to get curtains. They still have the gazebo with a sign "curtains not available". Spoke to Sue in seasonal and she went the extra mile to make sure I left a happy customer. Sue called this morning, my curtains had arrive. Picked them up and installed this afternoon. Thanks to Sue's efforts we will continue to shop at Rona.

Whatever the issue (filling, checkup, abscessed tooth, cosmetic tooth repair, regular hygiene, emergency pain) the response is caring and quick. I've been worked into a busy schedule when I was in pain and diagnosed and referred correctly for an issue that turned out not to be a dental one. I seldom have to wait more than 5 minutes for cheerful service in a sparklingly clean space. I highly recommend.
