OK, I recently did a review for having my radiator repaired a few days ago. I saved enough money from that repair (vs. OConnor Dodge) to consider doing a separate repair.
The back passenger door lock crapped out sometime ago. I got a quote back in Sep 2019 from OConnor which was $520 including parts/labour/taxes. Wanted to share my experience with Chilliwack Ford sales and service department along with management. To summarize, they’re an incredible group of people who truly care and put their clients first. I am absolutely in love with my F150 but it came with a few problems. What wasn’t in Chilliwack Fords control was how the vehicle was manufactured and by bad luck with a few issues, but what was in their control was how they handled the situation so professionally and fairly. This irish style pub is just fantastic. Me plus five others went to dine and had a very divers choice of food. We all had the wings wich are very tastey and very saucey. I had the perogies with cherizo and it was absolutley great. My friends all enjoyed there food (minus the soup). Would eat there again. Service was allso great.

Just one word "Flawless" yes that's what this team means. They were courteous, professional and also funny. I absolutely loved their attention to details and transparency in billing process. Timely updates and ease of communication ?? loved it. I would definitely recommend checking with Craftsman Collision before heading out to other body shops.

Ten years ago we needed body work and painting. We were extremely satisfied with the work then. Last week we had someone hit the back end of the same vehicle. I've never taken him anything he couldn't fix and he keeps his prices down. Last time I took my laptop to him and it turned out the problem was me. He explained very thoroughly and taught me the correct method. Then he didn't even charge me for his time. And I had not felt rushed at all. This guy is honest, knowledgeable, personable, and capable.
