I had a great experince at R&S Auto. I brought my Acura TLX here and the service was fantastic. I had an issue with my suspension and they sent me a clear inspection showing me pictures and videos which was very cool. They took the time to help me understand what i was paying for which is not very common. I was contacted very professionally and got an appointment with Eddy, he gave the warmest and most professional welcome ever. We sat down and he offered us a drink before anything then started explaining the whole process to us. That’s when I told him I have very bad and poor credit but he did not put me down nor make me feel bad. Very professionally he said , don’t worry I’m here to do my best. And that he did. 2nd time I bought an Audi s4 from these guys. I walked in and couldn't have felt anymore comfortable with the staff, car and service offered. I recently purchased a convertible beetle from Joe and I love the car it was in amazing condition and Joe was very helpful and patient due to my payment situation. he put new brakes in the car and replaced a glitch in the door. I would highly recommend people who are looking for their first car or a car in general to see him. the prices are great and so is the quality.

Have purchased 5 cars over 20 years with them for myself and family. Very reliable dealership with budget priced, all makes and models. Have certified and with full warranty for new immigrants and students as well. One car I purchased is a S Class and also an ML Benz, friend purchased a Mustang. Just had my Honda Civic in for service today, I was very reluctant because I didn't know the auto body shop, but I was amazed at the total experience. They resolved the problem and did a complete inspection of the car, and they didn't suggest any suspicious repairs. The final price was very fair based upon then time spent diagnosing. The staff was very friendly, offered me coffee and conversation as I waited. I will use them in the future.
