Called Pro-West Refrigeration Ltd when my furnace wasn't working properly. It kept blowing cold air and wouldn't shut off. They came within a few hours of my call and had my furnace running properly in less then an hour. Very happy with the service

This company defines excellent customer service. They demonstrated consideration and care in providing service. My son needed to get to Slave Lake to pick up his vehicle which had been stolen. The company representative Bonnie assisted in coordinating the connection from the Edmonton airport to the Continental Inn connection. They were prepared to wait 5 - 10 minutes in the event the cab ride from the airport was delayed. However, the service went beyond normal expectations in that Bonnie contacted myself to inform me that my son was successful in catching the bus to Slave Lake.
The customer care demonstrated a very high standard which is a rare find. Many thanks!

They saved my life lol not literally though. I had all my wedding pictures baby picture stored on my hard drive and it stopped working. I took it to 2 other places in town before bringing it to them and they me into there computer shop and went through all the photos I thought I would never see again. They were so quick and friendly and the tech guy helped me set my system to do backups from now own to save me from having a heart attack if it happens again.

Kirtis (at HUB) explored all options and advocated on my behalf for lower deductibles. Compared to the Edmonton brokerage also insuring the property, his communication was clear and concise and he followed through on what he said he would do. I would highly recommend this brokerage! Had a Lennox furnace installed Sept 2016 through Costco. Everything went excellent all the way around, Tina, Greg, Liam, Jon, Austin all did an excellent job and were great to deal with. I made a ton of calls to them they were all prompty or soon afterward answered, very friendly knowledgable people, more than satisfied for sure.

Could not ask for better service. Even during peak busy fall work, he got my truck in and fixed the same day I got him the part. Dwayne runs a first class operation. Place is neat and clean, service is professional and competent and at about $100 an hour shop rate very fairly priced. They also charge reasonable hours for the work. Would highly recommend anyone wanting repairs done to go there. Would use them regularly if I lived anywhere near Spirit River.
