Extremely professional and friendly staff. It doesn’t take long for them to get to know you. Once they do, you seldom have to ask or explain what you want. You’re addressed by name, the service is quick and they honour insurance prices much better than other places do. It’s far for me to get here but they’re close to my doctor so I plan my visits accordingly to benefit from their service and prices.

I am very mechanical as my father owned a garage and I've worked on cars all my life, so this was the first time buying from a dealer so I was a bit nervous. I bought a high-mileage van and they fixed a front shock I said was faulty and they gave me a price break and the van's been working well for over a year now. I had a very good experience with Obsession Automobile and the owner Stéphane. I test drove a BMW and then arranged to have it inspected by a specialty garage. Obsession staff were very helpful throughout and did not use pressure or intimidate in any way. I did not make the purchase but my experience was very positive and will not hesitate to return to this business in the future.
