Herbers on Parson road is one of the best companies to deal with. The customer service is rated on the high end of excellence. I was impressed with each of the service representatives I dealt with as they were respectful of my time and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. Great Service! Called in the afternoon because my garage door would not come down. They had a repair man out within two hours and had the problem fixed right away. I was able to make an appointment I had been waiting for that same day because of the fast service. The repair man was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Thanks!

Capital Towing SAVED US. We got a flat outside of Destruction Bay and barely made it to Haines Junction. The tow truck driver drove all the way to pick us up and transport us and our car to Whitehorse. Upon arrival, the owner had a plan already figured out. He put our car on a moving van and flew us all the way down to Edmonton, where MINI was sending our car. He made reservations for our flight and even lent us one of their vehicles to get around! If I could give MORE than 5 stars I would! The customer service, professionalism, and quality of the mechanics are amazing. I got a full service as well as an engine light checked and everything was done in a timely order, and professional manner. My vehicle was kept in excellent condition during and after the servicing. Shane called to tell me what had been done and that my vehicle was ready to go, he was informative and very kind! I can not recommend this place more and I couldn’t be happier.

My septic system was down in the middle of winter. I called Lisa at their dispatch. She had 2 people to my house within 2 hours on short notice. They showed up and had it fixed in 30 minutes. These girls had my SUV done in 3 Hrs when it should have taken 5! They didn’t even cut corners either. My Vehicle looked brand new when they were finished and I had really bad carpets that were caked in frozen food from kids and the cup holder was ooey and gooey as well as frozen and they got rid of everything. Don’t know how they did it but they exceeded my expectations.
