great service, no mysteries on price of parts and cost of labor, the staff at DPS take pride in what they represent and leave no questions before or after work is done, I will be going back and really like having DPS working on my truck, my truck always feels better than new when I get it back and I myself always leave there a little smarter:)

Don't even know where to begin, my entire experience was 5 star! There was $14000 worth of damage on the bmw but after receiving my vehicle back it honestly looked better than before. Also great customer service experience, these people are always friendly, professional, and willing to go above and beyond for your satisfaction, especially the manager Jason. I have been diagnosed with Sleep Apnea about 4 years ago. Dr. Alonso and the sleep techs have been very helpful and I am happy to say that my sleep has greatly improved and it's much easier to wake up in the morning. No more feeling sleepy in the afternoon :-) Initially, CPAP was hard but I got used to the therapy with the help of everyone at the clinic.

Best individual service, product selection and location.
Went for prescription stocking fitting after a strong referral from my Doctor. Was treated professionally and courteously. The fitter was great to assist with the perfect selection and best fit! Wow. They carry a lot of stock and hence got my stocking the same time. Would recommend the store anytime!

As a potential customer I was greeted with enthusiastic sales people that were passionate about riding and not appearing to close a sale. The first person to approach me was Ryan (it was written on his shirt) who educated me on some phenomenal road bikes and then Big Dave who convinced me that I need a Freeride Bike for the summer. They tell me that they have 4,000 bikes on the floor at one time. A great retail experience and I will be back. I can honestly say that this is the only bike shop that I felt I needed to take a photo of.

I had spark plugs replaced and an engine oil change on my European car. Steve's Auto also recently changed my transmission oil, serviced all my car's fluids and tire needs. They were able to handle various leaks in the complex ABC system.
The owner was very creative to find a way to fix my broken glove box and that alone saved me over $3000 CAD. Very satisfied with the service.
Excellent customer service and friendly staff. They know what they are doing.

They are very fast to issue you a card with credit on it, if you bring in pre-counted items that are in their original boxes (ie empty beer cans or boxes of empty bottles). otherwise stand in line and wait if there are other folks there. Friendly, fast, and pretty upbeat staff - cheers to your 2015!

I went to the south calgary store first and had a Leer topper installed. They did a great job and even connected me with their north location (BYRON) at the last minute for a rushed part that I neede. BYRON waited for me before they closed for the day.

I can not say it enough how amazing this company is. The staff are wonderful over the phone and in person. They fit me in no problem and got everything done so fast. The people there are extremely kind and helpful. This is the only place my family goes for their tire needs for all the vehicles.
