I was in a situation of a difficult location to get an inoperative car out of that did not run, did not roll easily and had two flat tires. The driver went out of his way to recover the car, load it and deliver it without a complaint. They put in that extra effort we all want but seldom get. Use them you will not be disappointed.

I was in a serious car accident in Markham Ontario and had no idea what to do. Before any service the man who worked for Instant Towing asked me if I was okay. They helped me out by explaining the process of being in a motor vehicle accident and even delivered a car rental to me. I honestly would not know what to do if it wasnt for this company helping out. I had the pleasure of being towed by a wonderful driver of Budget Towing. He picked me up quickly and safely off the 401 during rush hour. He was professional, courteous, in uniform and made the usually unpleasant experience, pleasant. He took care of everything and eased my nerves. I will be using their service again. I never got a chance to use them because of timing, so we were forced to cancel (I was so embarrassed). But they were very *very* kind about it and these days, when kindness is in short supply, I found that very welcoming. Some might say its silly to rate a business 5-stars because of being nice, but nice matters.
