I recently have had the pleasure of meeting Peter and Mike I had received a phone call offering furnace servicing, although they were kind on the phone and the special was good I declined there offer. Until recently when my furnace light went out and i had no heat. I got in contact with them and they offered to come out for free and diagnose the problem. They arrived on time, were very polite and respectful of my home they took off there shoes and put shoe covers over their socks. It turns out my pilot light had burnt out and they suggested having the furnace serviced which i agreed as it hadnt been done in sometime. They cleaned everything, nothing like the cleaning my furnace had received a few years prior.Like i said on there customer comment card I would definitely recommend Mike and peter to anyone. :) Lire plus

Received a telemarketing call and decided to try their service as I had been disappointed with previous companies I had used. The technician was 30 minutes late but I soon forgot about that as I was so happy with how informative and hard working he proved to be. Perfect service during which he even fixed a pilot problem at no extra charge and replaced my filter also. We smelled gas when our Raypak gas boiler cycled on. Fortis found 500 ppm carbon monoxide reading and unburned gas so turned off boiler. Repair company believed that it was a problem with the manifold but our plumber felt it might be the gas jets needing cleaning. We called Boilers and Beyond for a second opinion before authorizing purchase of a new boiler. Rahim answered immediately, came on w/e, identified three separate problems & fixed them all. Genius! Fan in outside AC unit was not running - I thought the motor was dead. Hamid came, diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes, just needed a new capacitor. Also tested the refrigerant level, was down and needed topping up. All was done in a timely, professional matter and fully explained.
