I was very relieved by the speed to which my initial distress call was responded. Then I was further impressed by the quick follow up and subsequent clean up provided by Servpro London. Every weekend we take the kids out for a meal at McDonald’s in Aylmer Ontario to give us a break from cooking. They are always very pleasant, friendly, and quick. We placed an order in the drive through and it turned out to be wrong. We went in to get what we were missing and the staff was amazing! They apologized, gave us our food and the manager gave us a full refund for the inconvenience. Now that is service!! Thank you!! Kathryn
