Last evening Acqua Dolce 5 gal cousins out for dinner. It was a fabulous, fun event!! From the time we walked into the restaurant we were greeted with the warmest welcome..AND A RED PIANO! Loved the atmosphere. Chef Amelia Monteleone gave us a detailed description of menu selections. We chose based on her advice..polenta fries gnocchi black cod..beef tenderloin DELICIOUS! I love this place. It takes me away to another place in the middle of winter as the latin music plays and the food is served. The empanadas are beautiful and they make a very special and simple salad with avocado and broccoli that you must try. Really like this place and have been here on several occasions, last month most recently. Very solid menu, very consistently prepared and served. I am a particular fan of their risotto. The service here is great. I'm obsessed with the Singaporean-style slaw to the point where I've drove across the city just to get it as take out. The portion is great to save for a quick bite the next day. The tables are a bit close together in the room off the main room but the attentiveness of the servers makes up for it! Lire plus

Our absolute favourite for authentic italian. You know the restaurant is a gem when the local Italians eat there with their whole families (babies too!). As Marcello's is always packed, go early to get a seat (especially if your party is larger than 4) or expect to wait in line at least 30 minutes or longer. Service is prompt when seated and the lively atmosphere makes it very homey. The waiters are efficient, no-nonsense and definitely not snobby(as in other places), and they know the menus. On regular nights we share an appetizer, and dessert with our meals and we are stuffed!! The tirimisu is home made and heavenly; you could easily have seconds. I have been to other restaurants on College street, and quite honestly, at Marcello's the dishes are on par and above on quality. Combine the quality of food, with good portion sizes, very reasonable pricing, and you will see why Marcello's is always packed!! Lire plus

I came to Michael's for the first time looking for an amazing steak and thats exactly what I got! The service is amazing, food is truly top notch and the wines are out of this world. The owner and management are one of a kind and are willing to go the extra mile to make the customer happy. Would give this establishment a 5 star out of 5 star because I could not find any flaw.
