I was at EconoLodge Vernon just after the August long weekend and the service that I received from Jen who works at the front was exceptional. She knows Vernon very well and she is always willing to help at any time. She is always very pleasant and engaging, which is surprising given the long hours she has put in. I would recommend this motel again and again. Ask for Jen, she'll treat you well. ~ Alberta Tourist ;-)

BigSteelBox was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. I had amazing customer service, the truck driver was kind and professional, and they always were able to help me when I was in a panic. Although moving is quite stressful, the girls in the office did everything they could to make me feel calm and comfortable. Great experience! It was great to deal with Russo Auto Sales in kelowna. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted to buy when I walked into the sales office. Gene Russo,the owner quickly helped me figure out what vehicle would serve me best, not having what I wanted on his lot, he spent considerable time searching for and eventually finding me the perfect vehicle and for a great price. I was a little hesitant to use these guys as a past experience had not been good. But I called anyway and was extremely happy I did! Jaiden, Caleb, and Eddie worked non-stop for almost 7 hours in 30+ degree weather. They were friendly, on time and very efficient. If I picked something up for them I was politely told that it was their job and to please put it down.lol They even read the labels on the boxes and put them in the correct rooms. I would highly recommend this company. Great service.
