I have been going to JR Auto Care on and off for over 20 years at times when I have lived in Toronto. I have never found a more honest and thorough mechanic who frankly under charges compared to every other auto shop I have used. I feel so fortunate to know about his services. Very thankful a friend of mine introduced me to to Tony who owns and operates this shop. This place is top notch nothing but A1 work coming out of here. EXTREMELY HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY. Tony goes above and beyond and to say he is reasonable is an understatement. Tony is incredibly knowledgeable in all mechanical/automotive regards. There's a reason why i tow my car from Cambridge to his shop in Toronto every time i need significant repairs. Thanks for everything Tony.

Quality car repairs and customer service is exceptional. It is common for a woman to be treated poorly when they walk into a car repair shop --- that has been my experience for many years. When I went to Quality, they were respectful, sensitive, and very kind. They do not overcharge or fix what does not need to be fixed! Their rates are reasonable and the quality of service is quite high. I highly recommend them.

Should have rated years ago. Customer since 2008 and Lloyd has been great at diagnosing auto issues and explaining what you need. He has done everything from oil changes to replacing a motor for me. Work is excellent and I have never had to return for a second fix. Prices are very fair and Lloyd does what he says and will check with you before doing any unplanned work. Fantastic service and trustworthy. I've been going to Perce's for a few years now and I couldn't recommend them any higher. I went there today with a minor steering issue and they worked on it for almost 30 minutes, flushed my power steering fluid and didn't ask for a penny. This is the 2nd time now I've been there for minor issues and had it fixed with no charge. Highly recommended.

Washed up at Lou's after the alternator on my truck failed EB on the 401. Carlos and Tony could not have done more. Clearly they were already fully booked, but in order to get me back on the road to Ottawa as quickly as possibl they went over and above. Courteous and competent. The cost was certainly reasonable as well. I cannot say enough in favour of these guys.

Hats off to Paul! We have a 2009 Saturn Vue. We could not figure out how to disconnect the rear Windshield washer pump. Paul took the time to go online and then be able to explain exactly how to do it to us over the phone. We were successful in taking care of our problem. Saving us $$$.
