I have been to this location on 2 separate occasions for parts on a Hover upright and a Miele Compact. Not only both times I was greeted immediately and given replacement parts at no cost, I was in and out in under 5 mins.
They have earned all my future personal and business purchases! Incredible service!

I'm VERY particular about where I take my MB for service, and R U Auto is my choice without question. Roland and Kate are knowledgeable about the brand, treat my vehicle as if it were their own, and their prices are reasonable. On top of all that, they're nice people to deal with. I just newly renvovated my place. I never saw carpet cleaners switch shoes, cover my hard would floors and use plastic corners so my paint wouldnt chip. Very friendly company very flexible and on time if not 20 min early. Would recommend them to anyone
