HIGHLY recommend using this business due to it's impeccable customer service and respect to others vehicles. Last month one of their drivers dented our roof on our Mustang with his fists due to road rage. The gentleman covering for the owner informed me not to worry that if the driver would not pay, as he was a broker, the company would pay for the damage. I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service I received from OK Tire in Burlington. The tires are phenomenal, they were able to order my run-flats within one day and accommodate my appointment request, and charged a third of what I was quoted at my car dealership. This included balancing and they even deducted the money I paid the day prior to have my summer tires installed, which they indicated (as did the dealership)needed to be replaced.
