I know this place almost 25 years and never had any problem with them. This is family business. I can tell that Ron, Rob and Ryan are the best mechanics in the city. They are nice, experienced and very honest people. I trust them on 100% because they always do their job perfectly well, on time and for the very reasonable price. Also, when I decided to replace my vehicle they gave me very good advice what vehicle to purchase and what to avoid. I recommend everyone to do the business with B and R.

As a female I was concerned where to take my car for repairs. I was told Mark and the Staff at Tirecraft were trustworthy and take pride in every job, big or small. This turned out to be 100% correct.
Their complimentary shuttle is convenient, and while waiting to pick up my vehicle enjoy fresh coffee as well as a friendly smile from Management and Staff.
Five years, and many referrals later, they continue to keep their service exceptional. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else..!!

Bought oil, filters, apparel and helmet parts. All the staff I encountered were more than happy to help.
Due to COVID and being from out of town I had to reschedule my 1st service three times. Dan Mac in service was patient and understanding and it all worked out.

Great place if you need heated storage. Place is always spotless and access is easy. Only thing that would make it better would be 24 hr access. I've been here for several months and am very comfortable with its security./

I got the lucky hand of getting Esper as my sales person, he was understanding of what i wanted. Esper Didn’t try to up sell me on different new cars and didn’t pressure me into signing onto a car. First thing he did was give me his pen and let me know this was my decision to sign. Amina helped me with understanding all the paperwork and made sure that there was no questions left unanswered. I was stuck on Saturday with a Flat - I called around and Fountain Tire (in the downtown area) was the only one who answered the phone. The work took a couple of hours but they put my spare away, fixed my car and even washed it. Thank you so much!

I'm VERY particular about where I take my MB for service, and R U Auto is my choice without question. Roland and Kate are knowledgeable about the brand, treat my vehicle as if it were their own, and their prices are reasonable. On top of all that, they're nice people to deal with. While you're there you may even get a visit from their poodle Spec. Thanks Roland, Kate and Spec; you are the best!
