What a pleasure to deal with. The installation crew arrived right on time. Both Brian and Johnny were polite and professional, and discussed all aspects of the installation before starting. They had good suggestions regarding the location of downspouts. Once confirmed they completed the installation quickly and efficiently. Their workmanship and cleanup was excellent. Very friendly staff at this location and they ALWAYS make the coffee/latte/mocha right (couple SB's i went too had the sugar sitting at the bottom, yuck). Yes wifi is the weakpoint. B+

Excellent knowledge and customer service. Just can’t say enough good about my Weber Summit purchase experience and the immediate response to hidden damage when the carton was opened at home. The damaged machine was replaced with a fully assembled and tested unit at my home within a few hours. While the damaged Sumimit was disappointing the real measure was how quickly the problem was solved and without question. I am very impressed. Thank you Natalia, Jamie, Brandon, John
